Carat London are still shipping orders where possible and in line with the Governments advice.  Due to a reduced workforce our dispatching and response times are longer than usual.
Royal Mail are constantly reviewing the services they can provide every day.
Special Delivery by 1pm has now been changed to delivery by 9am the following working day after expected delivery.
However, the service is not currently reliable and some orders are delayed in transit.
EU Countries delivery suspension
There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. We have been advised not to send items to destinations listed as ‘On suspension’.
